SELL WITH LITTLE PINES
Consignor Guide
Everything you need to prepare your items, participate in the sale, and earn money from the things your family has outgrown.
How Consigning Works
Selling with Little Pines Market is simple. Follow these steps to turn outgrown children’s items into extra money.
01 Register to Consign
Register through MyConsignmentManager and pay the $10 non-refundable registration fee.
You will receive a consignor number that will be used to create and track your item tags.
02 Gather Your Items
Look through your children’s closets, playrooms, bookshelves, and storage areas for quality items they no longer need.
All items should be clean, complete, safe, working, and in excellent selling condition.
03 Prepare and Price
Clean and inspect everything carefully. Clothing should be placed on hangers, shoes secured together, and toys or equipment checked for missing pieces and working batteries.
Price most items at approximately 25%–40% of their original retail value. Everyday items generally sell best closer to 25%, while new-with-tags, boutique, and high-demand items may be priced higher.
The minimum item price is $2. Bundle smaller items together when needed.
04 Enter and Tag Your Items
Enter your inventory into MyConsignmentManager and print your tags on white cardstock.
Attach each tag securely and include a clear item description so we can identify it if the tag becomes detached.
You will also decide whether each item may be discounted during the Half-Price Sale and donated if it does not sell.
05 Reserve Your Drop-Off Appointment
All consignors will reserve a drop-off appointment before the sale.
Appointment scheduling will open after the final event schedule is confirmed. Registered consignors will receive an email when appointments become available.
06 Drop Off Your Items
Bring your prepared inventory to Geneva Point during your scheduled appointment.
At drop-off, you will:
Check in with the Little Pines team
Have your items inspected
Receive placement instructions
Merchandise approved items in the appropriate sale sections
Detailed drop-off instructions will be emailed before the event.
07 Shop Before the Public
Registered consignors receive access to shop before the public sale.
You will need to claim a separate Eventbrite ticket for entry. Instructions will be sent by email before the sale.
Consignors will also have access to the Half-Price Presale.
08 Track Your Sales
Log in to your MyConsignmentManager account during the event to follow your sales.
Thoughtful pricing, careful preparation, and allowing Half-Price discounts can help improve your results.
09 Pick Up or Donate Unsold Items
After the sale, pick up any unsold items that were not marked for donation.
Items marked Donate will be distributed through the Little Pines Gives Back program. Donated items must also be marked for the Half-Price Sale.
Final pickup times will be shared with registered consignors.
10 Receive Your Payment
Your earnings will be mailed by paper check after the event, typically within two weeks.
Make sure the mailing address in your consignor account is complete and accurate. Contact us if your check has not arrived within 30 days of the payout date.
